Delivery Process

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive another email with tracking information. Delivery usually takes place within the next 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Delays
If your order has not arrived even after the usual processing and delivery time has elapsed, there is no need to worry. We ask for your patience and recommend that you wait up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) before contacting us. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@whatsizeonline.com. Unfortunately, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but they can be returned after delivery.
