Return and Refund Policy

Refunds
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will check it. If everything is in order, we will approve the return and initiate the refund process. We will refund your money using the same payment method you used for your purchase. The entire process can take up to 7 business days, so thank you for your patience. And don't worry, we don't charge any restocking fees. Returns should be simple, fair, and without unnecessary obstacles.

Exchanges
Sometimes it's just not right. Maybe you chose the wrong size, or the color didn't suit you as you had imagined. And that's perfectly fine! If you would like a different product, just write to us at hello@whatsizeonline.com and let us know what you would like instead of the original.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@whatsizeonline.com. Unfortunately, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but they can be returned after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If, in exceptional circumstances, you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the problem and send them to hello@whatsizeonline.com. Once we receive them, we will review your case as quickly as possible and take care of the issue.
