Return Details

Changed your mind? No problem. You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send your items back. After that window, unfortunately, we can’t take returns.

To get started, just email us at hello@whatsizeonline.com. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all labels still attached. Pack them up carefully and send them back with any reliable courier of your choice.

This policy is subject to our Terms of Service.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll approve it and start the refund process. We’ll send the money back to the same payment method you used at checkout. This can take up to 7 working days, but there are no restocking fees – we keep things simple and fair.

Did you select the wrong item? That’s fine. If you’d like an exchange, email us at hello@whatsizeonline.com and let us know what you’d prefer instead.

Changed your mind? Drop us a note at hello@whatsizeonline.com as quickly as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel it. If it’s already on the way, you can return it after it arrives.

If your parcel arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, sorry about that. Take some photos and send them to hello@whatsizeonline.com. We’ll review your case promptly and put things right.
